I bake my chicken and bacon on my PC stone, since I like my bacon crisp, and my chicken moist, so I do that first, and then let cool to use in the recipe. My poor husband I think will be very sad that I overcooked (to his thinking) the bacon. I really didn't meant to make it THAT crisp, but, better for ya ;)

I almost ALWAYS use a tonne of fresh mushrooms and add them to the veggies but I didn't have any. If you are trying this for the first time and love mushrooms I suggest you add them in!
Mix together soy sauce and Epicure spices (I used about 1/8 cup of soy sauce and 1 tsp of each spice, but some may like less or more)

Chop your carrot, celery, green onion, and green peppers into course bits. Sweat them in a pot with some chicken stock. Add bacon and chicken breast. Add cooked rice, marinade and turn a million times letting it "fry" on the bottom. There is no oil in this recipe. You can also add an egg if you wish, but its not my favorite. Makes a great side dish for Potstickers or Spring Rolls!
Enjoy!
